1.1 Account information
When you register an account, we collect your email address, which is used for account creation, login verification (via one-time email codes) and sending important notices.
1.2 Photo data
When you use our old photo restoration service, the original photos you upload are temporarily transmitted to our servers and third-party AI processing platforms to complete the restoration. After processing, we do not store your original photos or restoration results on our servers. Please download and save the results promptly after generation, and do not close or refresh the page during AI processing.
1.3 Payment information
When you top up points, the payment transaction is processed directly by third-party payment providers (such as Creem and Alipay). We do not collect or store your full card numbers, credit card information or payment account passwords. We only record basic transaction information (amount, number of points, time) to complete the top-up.
1.4 Automatically collected information
When you visit the Website, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including but not limited to: IP address, browser type, device information, visit time and pages visited. This information is used to improve service quality and security protection.
2. How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used for the following purposes:
- Providing core services: processing your uploaded photos and returning restoration results
- Account management: maintaining your account, points balance and order records
- Payment processing: processing point top-ups and related transaction records

To provide the photo restoration service, we work with the following third-party providers:

- Your account information and transaction records are stored in the secure cloud database provided by Supabase.
- Uploaded photos are used only for the current AI restoration and are not persistently stored on our servers after processing.
- Data is protected by encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) during photo processing.
- We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
- We do not use your uploaded photos for public display, model training or any other purpose not authorized by you.
5. Data Retention
- Your account information is retained until you proactively delete your account.
- Uploaded original photos and restoration results are not persistently stored; please download and save them promptly after restoration.
- Transaction records and points ledgers are retained for the period required by applicable law.
6. Your Rights
Under applicable personal information protection laws, you have the following rights:
- Access: obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Deletion: request deletion of your account and related data
